Rabat pictures. Rabat, a seaside metropolis in Morocco, has some stark contrasts between its adjacent neighbourhoods - especially between the neat European-inspired modern quarter (Ville Nouvelle) overshadowing the Medina's narrow cobbled alleyways. This gallery contains images of the bustle of the nighttime Medina - shortly after the workday has ended - where it's often hard to see because of the smoke coming from the stalls of dozens of street vendors frying meat on the spot.
